Do NOT order prime rib!!!over 60% fat- couldn’t chew/ no taste or flavor- brought $36.00 piece to dog!!! It was our anniversary dinner !!!! Green beans tough couldn’t chew( i have my own teeth!) cannot eat margarine due to health condition but they had no real butter available for potato! Extremely disappointed !
Business response:
We’re very sorry your anniversary dinner fell short. We regret the prime rib was so fatty and lacked flavor, the green beans were tough, and real butter was not available despite your dietary needs. This is not the experience we want for guests. We appreciate you telling us, and we would welcome a chance to discuss details if you choose.
That chicken sandwich isn’t so good. Should’ve stuck with the mushrooms!
Business response:
We're sorry the chicken sandwich missed the mark for you. Thank you for letting us know — feedback like this helps. We're glad you enjoyed the mushrooms; it's great to hear when a dish hits the right notes. We hope you'll try another menu item and tell us what you liked about the mushrooms so we can better understand your taste.
My daughter found a hair in her food and after spending $250 on dinner you would hope not to find that
Business response:
We are very sorry your daughter found a hair in her food and understand how upsetting that must have been, especially after a $250 dinner. That is not the experience we want for our guests. We appreciate you letting us know. Please contact us directly or send a private message with details and the date and time of your visit so we can learn more.
I made a reservation to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday and noted in advance that it was a special occasion. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing from the start. Our party of six was first taken to a table set for four. After pointing this out, we were moved to a cramped corner booth with an awkwardly shaped table and an extra chair squeezed in. The entire evening felt tight and uncomfortable, with the server repeatedly reaching over one of our guests. We had to rearrange items on the table ourselves ju... read more
Business response:
We're very sorry your daughter's 21st was marred by cramped seating, inattentive service, wrong drinks, courses arriving out of order, unrefilled water, and no birthday acknowledgment. We're glad the food and cocktails were enjoyable. Thank you for sharing these details; we appreciate the feedback.
We both ordered steaks and both were overcooked, dry and lacked flavor. My mashed potatoes were some of the worst I’ve ever had as they were very dry. Other menu items we’ve ordered before were good, so just stay away from ordering steaks there.
Business response:
Thank you for sharing this. We're very sorry that both steaks were overcooked, dry, and lacking in flavor, and that your mashed potatoes were very dry. We appreciate that other menu items have been good for you in the past. We hope you will consider visiting again to try some of the dishes you’ve enjoyed before.
I have dined here approximately 15–20 times over the past year, and unfortunately, the quality of the food has steadily declined. The prime rib, in particular, has been consistently disappointing—chewy, lacking in flavor, and routinely undercooked. The accompanying au jus and creamy horseradish have also fallen short. Given the price point, the prime rib should reflect a higher standard and be prepared with prime-grade beef. My one-star rating is based solely on the deteriorating food quality. The atmosphere remains enjoyabl... read more
Business response:
We're sorry to hear the prime rib and sauces did not meet your expectations, especially after so many visits. We appreciate your loyalty and the specific details about chewiness, undercooking, and lack of flavor — that feedback is helpful. We're glad you continue to enjoy the atmosphere and service. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
My mother wanted to go here for a holiday meal, and I was happy to take her. When we walked in I noticed that distinctive bathroom smell (a kind of floral masking scent) but hoped it was just there near the entrance. It was noticeable at our table too, and it lingered the whole time we were there. Our server seemed nervous and was hard to understand because he spoke quietly and the restaurant was quite loud. All of this I could deal with, of course, but I was surprised to see not one vegetarian meal on the menu. I can find s... read more
Business response:
I'm sorry your holiday meal with your mother was underwhelming. I apologize for the floral smell that lingered and for the difficulty hearing your server in a noisy dining room. Thank you for pointing out the lack of vegetarian entrees and the tiny-print sides; I understand settling for a dry baked potato was disappointing while the broccoli was fine. I appreciate you sharing these details.
We went for a New Years Eve dinner. The bar was busy, but the manager would look at us and then ignore us on occasions when refills were needed. We ordered the chips and dip, and customers who ordered salads after us received their food before our chips and dip. It was steak night and I ordered the steak and it was not as good as when the filet was the special. My wife ordered the chicken fingers with double fries and the meal only came out with one fry. The ambiance was great, and the bartender worked hard for being the onl... read more
Business response:
Thanks for choosing us for New Year’s Eve. We are sorry the service fell short — especially the manager not responding when you needed refills, the chips and dip arriving late, and the missing double fries with the chicken fingers. We appreciate that you enjoyed the ambiance and noticed the bartender’s hard work. Please contact us if you would like to share more about your visit.
My fiancé was disappointed that the prime rib was not offered, as it was her favorite. We have been here every year on New Year’s Eve and this was a first. It was very loud too.
Business response:
We’re sorry the prime rib wasn’t offered this year and that the noise affected your evening. We truly appreciate you choosing us every New Year’s Eve — that loyalty means a lot. We appreciate you sharing your experience. If you’d like, please check our current menu online before your next visit.
