Our reservation was at 1:30pm on Sunday. They were serving breakfast/brunch until 2pm. The server said we had to make a decision for all 8 of us as to whether we wanted breakfast or dinner and did not want to show us the dinner menu until 2pm. Reluctantly he finally gave us one dinner menu to look at. The only place I’ve ever been to that said the whole table had to choose either breakfast or dinner.

My boyfriend and I went here for Valentine’s Day because the food looked good online and they had lots of good reviews. However, our experience didn’t go quite how we would’ve liked. Firstly, the service was very slow which was understandable since it was Valentine’s Day but it took way too long for the server to even come to the table and ask what we wanted to drink. We had young children, and made a reservation requesting a booth. They seated us in a very large 6 seater booth that was a semi circle. The booth was way too large for our family, and my husband I could barely hear each other. We requested to move multiple times to any of the 6 open tables, but they said that they were reserved. Two of the tables remained open for our entire 1.5 hour meal. That was incredibly frustrating, and while the food was very good, going out to eat is 50/50 food and experience.

We had a table by the kitchen. Very ordinary. Service was spotty. We asked three times for another silverware serving, got brought wrong beer and wrong size glass of wine. Pork chops were pretty much inedible. Wedge salad used to be great but was just average. Rice bowl with salmon was pretty good. Value is ok but cheaper and better at Aspen creek grill. We won’t go back.

The music was so loud in the small area we were seated you couldn’t hear the waiter. Couldn’t have a conversation at your table. Not great. My mashed potatoes with my meal were completely cold.

We came for reservation. We were seated in a table that was totally unacceptable. Hostess would not move us to empty booth. She claimed, it was “reserved”. Although, no one came in. Very chaotic and not good karma among staff. We walked prior to ordering!

Was disappointing to say the least. Walked in and asked for a table for 4. Was told wait would be 1.5 hours. Multiple seats were open. Took it upon ourselves to go online and see how soon we could get a table. Low and behold, a table was available in 5minutes. Walked back in to restaurant same concierge and said we had a reservation. We were seated immediately. Once seated our waitress came promptly to the table and took our order. Wasn’t overly friendly. Our appetizers and drinks were the best part of our meal. My friend got the filet, Brussel sprouts, and green beans and there was no seasoning on any of it. My sandwich was missing toppings and the bread was thick and very hard. But it took forever for us to get our food, so we dealt with it. We had a 430 reservation, and we left at 6. We will probably choose another restaurant next time we are in the area.

Do not sit upstairs - horrible- dark - no character whatsoever
