This place looks charming at first glance. Noise overload and it’s so dark you can’t see menus or your food, which might be nice so you know if you are biting into raw chicken. Server was punctual. Definitely won’t be back though.

Do not sit upstairs - horrible- dark - no character whatsoever

This was our worst visit to Grindstone's. The service was non-existent. It took 15 minutes for my husband to get his beer. When my brother ordered one a little later we waited 20 minutes and finally found our waiter to ask where it was. It took over an hour for us to get our food and mine was barely warm. Didn't dare sent it back to be microwaved...afraid I would never get it back. Since we have dined there many times with a much better experience we will still return in the future.

We waited for 10 minutes before I got up to ask the hostess if we had a server or not. We then had the hostess take our drinker order, twice. 15 minutes later our actual server (I think?) stumbled out and asked for our drink order a third time. We sat another 10 minutes before deciding to leave and had a lovely dinner and experience at Mateos. What was interesting through that experience was a couple was seated behind us and within minutes they had someone greet them and begin drink and app orders.

Awfuk service - food came out before drinks when we asked 2 times - took 30 minutes . Service was rude.

I don’t even know where to begin. The positive: It was wheelchair accessible as advertised and the wine pour was decent. The rest: below average food, service and cleanliness. We have tried both Gribdstones in Westfield and Noblesville and both are nothing to brag about. Fat on filet Slider, flavorless tacos, dirty menus, long time to be greeted at table, waiter could not remember who was drinking or eating what.

Service was painfully SLOW, beyond belief. Pathetic. The menu has a variety that suits many tastes and is very good. I read previous reviews and the comments regarding the service are consistent. Great food poor service.

This is usually a great dining experience but last night everything was below average. The server was never around. Prime rib came out Luke warm to cold. Salads came out after the prime rib was served. They need to tighten their game up. They are better than that.

It took a considerable amount of time to get our food. The waiter didn’t seem too thrilled with his job and when the salad was delivered it wasn’t correct.
