Honestly pretty disappointed by the food and service. We spent $36 on a ribeye steak that was really poor quality and cooked terribly. There was no effort in the customer service. It look over 30 mins to get the check paid. The interior design and ambiance was nice overall though. Probably will not be coming back unfortunately.

Took my wife here for B-Day. Made reservations, were seated promptly near the backroom stage which was great! When ordering appetizer we asked if we should put entrée in later and was told no, they'd put in separately to allow time to finish appetizer! Both ordered fillets at $27 per... meal and appetizer showed up to table simultaneously, both entrees undercooked, and cold by the time we finished the appetizers... They sat us right at our reservation time. Waited 25 minutes…didn’t even get a server, not even a glass of water. We did at the 23 minute mark get someone to acknowledge we were sitting in our booth. We left without a single conversation and without a birthday dinner for my wife.

server never mentioned drink or food specials. Only knew about them from looking up restaurant. steaks came out Luke warm.

The filet mignon is definitely not a filet mignon , more like a cheap cut of sirloin, only about 1/3 inch thick . None of the food was hot, only luke warm. Subpar at best. Very disappointing as we chose this place on a whim for our anniversary dinner and drove an hour to try it. The server was the most unknowledgeable server I’ve ever encountered . We would never return .

I was not impressed with the food and even found a piece of hair in my food. Went there to eat to possibly see about hosting an event, but the restaurant quickly got cross off my list.

Given the worse table in the whole place.! Stuck in a corner very close to doors, receptionist as you enter,no lights and very noisy from the bar preparation! Receptionist asked if we were ok with it and we said NO and her reply was SIT DOWN AND PIINTED TO THE VERY SAME TABLE! Made

This visit was a huge miss. Two of us had their filet sliders combo and let’s just say they were NOT filets. They were so thin it reminded us of a flatten hamburger. If that wasn’t bad enough….it didn’t even cover the slider buns. We discarded most of the bun just to see the filet and so that we don’t eat just bread. 😡 I knew I should have stuck with my Nashville hot chicken sandwich. You really should remove that item from your menu.

Friend asked for salad with no tomatoes, or cucumbers, brought it with tomatoes and did not offer to take back to get another salad. When time to pay bill waitress brought all checks and did not have the pricing correct on the checks. We asked her to redo them. She came back with new slips that we could not sign do to NOT KNOWING HOW TO DO THAT?? We asked for Manager and he had no idea on how to do this either. They need an education on how to use to equipment.
