Service was slow but waitress was very kind. 2 sliders for $16 and they were not even as big as my fist. Terrible value for money. Wedge $12 which is delicious but too expensive. $12 for lettuce, in this economy?

Service slow- server talked to you as he walked away from you . Took drink order but didn't bring til after appetizers. Forgot salad. Then messed up the bill- we had 2 parties and both bills messed up. Manager fixed it. Food is just ok- grindstone on the Monon does much better job- food tastes better there. I've been to this Noblesville one 4 times and only once did I like it- not coming back.

Business response:

Sorry for any inconvenience during your recent visit, Amy. We appreciate your feedback and will address the issues mentioned. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback.

For a $40 steak I had to pick through it to find even the smallest amount of meat. To much fat and gristle. It was way to dark in the upstairs level. We had to use our flashlight on our phone to see the menus. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Probably wouldn’t go back.

Business response:

Please excuse any inconvenience during your recent visit. We appreciate your feedback and will address the issues you raised.

I had called the day before and asked if it was a loud and festive place or a quieter place. The employee on the phone told me it was on the quieter side. But we found ourselves raising our voices from the moment we walked in when the host asked us the name on the reservation. He asked me 3x to say the name again because he couldn’t hear me over the noise. Everything was a 4/5 for the rest of the night. A little disappointed.

Business response:

We regret to learn about the noise level during your visit. Please feel free to reach out to me at blake@clancyshospitalitycom to discuss further. Thanks, Blake, Owner.

Not sure why the host had to stop by our table to question whether we had a reservation, but obviously we did. If they needed tables the group next to use were on second round when we arrived and were still there when we left. If there is a time issue they should have been approached. We have been to the Public House many times, but never had this occur.

Business response:

Thanks, Tim. I am sorry for the inconvenience. We have spoken with the staff about the issue. Thanks for the feedback, it only makes us better.
