You provided very good caregivers through the years for my mother in-law. They were so kind to her! Amy Ryland was great with scheduling. The last caregiver, Rosie Vargas, was with us for 2-3 years. She was Awesome! My mother in-law missed her on her days off. She was always busy doing something, cleaning, cooking, laundry, companionship, even had my mother in-law working on jigsaw puzzles that would keep her occupied for hours. We had a great experience with Griswold. Jamie worked very hard to fill a 24/7 schedule and was so understanding when I used private caregivers to fill gaps while she sourced workers. We had three different caregivers and all were great. They became a member of our family.

We needed 24/7 coverage and Amy worked hard to fulfill as many hours as possible. Some of the caregivers were just ok but the majority were awesome!

Amy, the care coordinator was wonderful to work with from day 1 and did a great job communicating about staffing. His 2 main caregivers, Marcellus and Anne, became like part of the family. We were very grateful to them and the service that Griswold provided. It allowed dad to stay in his home for over a year until he needed more care. Thank you for the opportunity to brag on your awesome staff!
