It took 4 hours to change my oil and put in new rear brakes that has been ordered the week before. They could not find the rear brakes for an hour.

I was forced to drop my car off in the over night box and the service advisor said lock the door behind him at 6pm. I haven’t received a phone call all day with the status of my car even called and left voice mails.

I made apt on Friday to have brakes replaced from inspection and pictures showing my rear brakes needed to be replaced Came here today with apt to be told after waiting an hour that they had no brake pads. Not happy about that.

Very expensive maintenance and charged for spin balance of tires that I just had done. Low on antifreeze when I got home.

I’ve been in the shop multiple times in the past two years and still haven’t had everything repaired. I leave with one problem fixed, only to have two more pop up. I’ve had to come back twice for services that were not preformed correctly. Go somewhere else!

Poor communication and customer service. Many unfulfilled promises and they want me to pay for what is now broken but wasn't broke before they seviced my vehicle. It took almost two months to get my vehicle back for warranty repairs.

I have a platinum service package with Groove Subaru. Yet, they can service only the oil when the car is submitted? How could they not look right next to the oil cap and see that the car was below low on radiator fluid as well as window washing fluid? It took my wife 2 minutes to add in fluids. My wife did that! Not the dealership service dept!

Very unprofessional and disorganized. When we place our order for the car, we asked for the upgraded stereo and remote start when the car was ready for pick up, no upgraded stereo. We are still waiting on the 3 months later. The talked out out of the remote start and into the app because “it’s better” then never added it to the deal so wasn’t added to our financing. After deal was done we had to pay out of pocket even though we reminded the salesman 3 different times. They add $1000 to the MSRP just because cars are hard to ... read more

Dan was my one point to get a problem handled. When I walked in the door Dan stepped up to listen and actually got the car checked in, provided a Lyft ride home and gave me his personal phone number to call in to verify my car was fixed. He is one of the good guys at a business that has problems.
