Terrible product, terrible service. I bought my 2014 Ford Focus Electric from this dealership 8 years ago; today is Dec 17th, so its warranty ran out in the summer, but it only had 46K miles on it. In October it had a dashboard warning and stopped running, so I had it towed to the service department on October 10th. On Oct 14, I was told that it was ready; a few days later (Oct 17th) I went to retrieve it and paid $350 for the "repair". I purchased my 2013 Ford Escape at this dealership. Since I purchased it I've always had it serviced there. I even buy my tires there. It was serviced there on November 15, 2022. On Monday evening November 28,2022 about 6:30 pm I was on my way to church when the warnings came on about the car overheating. The gauge was on "H". I drove about one mile to the church as there was no where safe to stop. After church I drove home and didn't drive the car. The 2021 F-150 that I drove and hour to test drive and buy had and issue. The AC would not blow cold when turned on. This was a gold certified vehicle? The salesman said oh well we can fix that. That truck should not have been on the lot or online until it was repaired. I have been shopping for a truck now for a few months. I will just say the first impression of this dealership was not a good one unfortunately.
Hidden fees AFTER price of vehicle. The phrase they used is "Optional Dealer Added Accessories"...over $3000 worth of them. I asked for a detailed list of those and it was tires and labor associated with the tires and suspension. When I got the price of the vehicle I assumed the tires were a part of the price. They were quick to respond and courteous. Did not necessarily try to hide it. This is the kind of stuff people need to be aware of and look for in the final numbers..

my car shakes after being driven for while in traffic where is a lot of stopping and going, after taking my vehicle to your dealership the conclusion was that the clutch needs to be replaced, needless to say over a year after I am still waiting for that repair to take place and every time I bring this up, they do have a different excuse they even had me going out of my way to bring it to mall of georgia ford. I found this dealership extremely rude & unprofessional. They tried to tell me there was something wrong w my current vehicle that I was trading in, when there’s absolutely nothing wrong with it. And when we couldn’t come to an agreement instead of ending our conversation professionally … the guy said “give her her keys.” Save your time & do business elsewhere.

Called and confirmed a vehicle was there and still for sale when I arrived the vehicle was not on the lot and the salesman I spoke to was not available and they sent out some younger gentleman to make excuses for him

My review would have been 4-5 stars during my purchase of a used 2019 Honda Odyssey EXL wNAV/RES. The problem was after leaving the dealership, as they were closing, I had problems getting the navigation up. I pulled over to try and figure it out and that is when I discovered that this van did not have navigation. The next day I looked up the value of the van with navigation and without.
