I took my Lincoln in to be serviced for my front speakers they told me I needed a module I paid over $800 for the part and work. The very next day my car was doing the very same thing, and then they tried to tell me, oh you need an amplifier instead and wanted to charge me another $1046! I told them I’m not paying them another penny and if that was the problem in the first place they should’ve ordered the other part and did that work. This dealership is one to avoid at all cost. After serving for almost 30 years in the US Army & helping defend America. I failed to protect myself & my wife purchasing a 2019 Ford Flex limited from this dealership believing the car was fine. They kill you with kindness so you don’t see what’s coming. Specially being a senior you trust folks as much as you should know better. So I want and now protect you, go somewhere else don’t purchase from this dealership. I found the car we wanted to purchase online. Since the dealership is 2 1/2 hours away, I asked Nate, our sales person, to check the car to make sure nothing was wrong since we had to drive such a long way. He assured me the car was great. Upon arriving and driving the car, my husband noticed a whistling sound. When he asked Nate about this noise, his response was it was the seat air conditioner. Sales person lied and said ford was offering 0% I was told ford was offering 0% financing. He said he sold 20 cars this month because of the 0% finance offer. I applied then when I received the offer it had a 5.9% approval. He said he made a mistake. How can you make a mistake like that and you sold 20 cars this month. Service was Awful....and then Blamed me!!! I had service install an air bag that was a recall. I picked up my car and the steering wheel is pointing at 2 o'clock. I took it back to get it corrected and they stated that I brought it in that way!! Really?? I am FURIOUS...Then they want to charge me $110 for an alignment. No response from Management in 2 days!!

purchased my car from Mikhail. He was awesome! I have no complaints for him....but the SERVICE DEPARTMENT is another story! I purchase a brand new Ford Mustang EcoBoost from here. The sales experience was great but when I tell u ever since I gained ownership this car had been in the shop. This dealership is a classic type of old school con shop. Advertise one price give you a quote with another that is almost 3300.00 more. And no where is the price that is advertised on the quote. When questioned about it, the response is well we have more in it than advertised. Ok so you lied about your price on the truck. False advertising and just take it or don't buy it Attitude. That line of sales tactics went out almost 30 years ago. I would never reccomend this place to any one.

BE AWARE We had a good experience with our salesperson CRISTIAN. He was polite and did not use any pushy salesman tactics. CRISTIAN took the time to show us the features on the truck. HOWEVER, BEWARE of financing with this dealership. I recommend you use your own financial institution. My biggest problem was that the price posted on the vehicle was not the price used to finance the truck. The finance guy transposed the numbers to the benefit of the dealership. Put down a deposit on a vehicle and they sold it Initially they lied about the price of a vehicle which was listed for a lower price on their own website. Then after adjusting the price to match their advertised price, I gave them a deposit over the phone. We were to fly in and pick up the vehicle 2 days later. Our flight was canceled by the airline due to a hurricane, and rescheduled for 4 days later. We advised the sales team by phone as well as by text to Steve. They agreed.
