No respect for customers My experience at this dealership is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership and I beg that you take the time to read this before considering purchasing a car from Gwinnett Place Nissan. I scheduled an appointment on 10/19/2018 to see a specific certified 2017 Nissan Murano Platinum. I was assured the vehicle was still available and to come on in as my drive would be an hour. Lack of communication Went in to get a rental car since my airbag was on recall. He told me I needed someone to drive me there so I got my friend to drive with me there. I went in to check in my car and all the guy said was he got my paper work done and was ready to go. After my friend drove me to enterprise the guy calls me telling I was suppose to drive my car with the bad airbag home then go to enterprise "like we discussed." SOB SOB Jerk Dealer ALERT!!!!!! Not sure if any of you been to Gwinnett Place Nissan near Atlanta GA, but I just got charged 405 dollars for an Alignment job. I sent my car there because they told me it would cost $211 for a 91 GTR with aftermarket coilover. I am hugely disappointed and furious but hopefully everyone else will learn from my mistake and stay away from those MFs!

This place and staff is a joke I visited this dealership to look at a vehicle. I test drove the car and it was ok. I think it was over priced for the year and mileage. They appraised my vehicle way low. I told them that they were under pricing my car and to bring me my keys. They then proceeded to go into the secure area and make fun of my lack of car buying skills. I received my keys and will never visit this dealership ever again. First time buyer conned and taken advantage of I am extremely dissapointed. As a first time buyer, my experience with Gwinnett Place Nissan has been horrid. I am college student looking for a car, I've worked with GPN for about 2 months in search of a car that's reliable and within my budget. Worst car dealership ever Do not go to this dealership! They screwed me over royally! All they care about is their commission, not the customer! They sold me a car & 3 days later I decided it wasn't a good fit for me. They refused to take it back & wouldn't let me pick another car. They owed me a Sirius XM radio & never put in as promised. Bad experience Had an appointment at 10:30 today for a service recall on a rollover airbag. Got there at 10:15, the garage attendant took me inside to a row of service advisors and all of them said they were busy.Waited 5 minutes when one of them said they would stop and help me, all he did was have me fill a form with my name in address and took my recall notice. Horrifying experience I was told by sales executive, Akkea Watts, that they have a month end car deals, over phone, gave me a lower quote than i asked for Rogue S. Wow! I should have smelled their cheap marketing trick. I called up again before the visit to the dealer and Akkea confirmed that deal is still available. I had to go through a 3 hour ordeal and the sales exec Martin Rand III asked "what deal?" "who told?", and mentioned it is just marketing. Not for me The sales person had no knowledge of the vehicle, the manager used high pressure sales tactics on me. Baited me with a price, made me go all the way kept me waiting for 3 hours on each occassion only to switch the price when it came to signing the papers. Will not go back. I should have read these reviews. They're 100% true, if you are hoping for your experience to be different, ure mistaken. Nice cars, go to another dealership - stone mountain Nissan isn't too far.
