The staff at the property were very helpful and accommodating. The only issue was that there was just one elevator working for 32 floors of a hotel. We were lucky as we had a room on the 5th and 6th floors, so the stairs were not too much of a hike, except for the end of a very tiring day and not to be able to get into an elevator

Broken lift but otherwise ok Room was a good size (for NY) and well equipped. Lift was poor with one broken and another requiring an operator. Given we were on the 25th floor stairs was a hard option. Breakfast was fine. Cups used in room but not replenished

biggest problem was consistent elevator malfunction. I had to walk down 31 flights which was hard for me. Not the usually level of comfort and cleanliness I associate with Hampton Inns
