I did not have hot water in my shower. I reported this the first day and went out for the day. When I returned I still did not have hot water but they had adjusted the shower knob. I guess they felt adjusting it was enough and didn't bother to check if the problem was solved. When I went down the second morning to address this there was no one at the front desk. I asked for a new room which they provided but then was no offer of anything beyond that. The new room was fine and I had hot water but the experience was not pleasa... read more

This hotel is only 5 min walk to Times Square. Very convenient and close to subway lines! Most activities were only 30 min between subway and walking.

Only one elevator that was working for 32 floors

All members of staff were accommodating and friendly. Very laid back atmosphere. One of the hotel’s elevators wasn’t working, but staff made every effort to get us to and from our floor on the working one. They even had an employee serve as an elevator operator during busy times. I appreciate that kind of customer care.

Great location. Great room and location. Our room was great and the location was perfect. Two problem, 1 the sad e was damaged and unusable and only one elevator worked. We were on the 27th floor. So the stairs weren’t an option.

The location was great. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. However, only one of two elevators worked during our stay and the working elevator had daily mechanical problems.

There was only one elevator operating for a 32 floor hotel. This caused massive backups during breakfast time, and an employee was manually running the elevator. The problem was that he kept canceling the call buttons to focus on getting people off of the ground floor resulting in 20-30 minute elevator waits. There needs to be a better system to deal with this situation. Rooms were tiny but that's to be expected in this area. Staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was clean.
