Room was old, but clean Breakfast was a cathastrophe
Horrible elevators - slow and lights don’t work Room - horrible - housekeeping ever emptied trash or left enough towels or even filled the shampoo/conditioner Phone was broken and we reported it several times
AC had burning smell in first room. They provided second room where wash basin had only hot water that could have caused burns. And they took days to partially fix. Front desk, don’t even bother to talk, they will not even say Hi when u go ask for something. Location is awesome. Breakfast staff amazing but food just average.
The TV didn’t have many channels, 17 weren’t working, and nobody seemed to care. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall, and it was crooked. Housekeeping was terrible, never replaced toilet paper or Kleenex, after they came to the room. The shower drain filled up when the water was on. Not worth the money!
We arrived and one of our rooms had been canceled, causing us a lot of stress and hardship. They said our credit card had been declined. I had received an email before leaving home and called the hotel, and was told our rooms were still being shown as available and they couldn't see anything that Expedia did. Expedia repeatedly said we had to contact the hotel...and so on and so forth.
