When arriving to the hotel, the room door was open. When we got there to Check-in so it looked as though. Somebody was already going into the room. wasn't shut or locked. The shower was flooding water on the floor had to ask and request for clean towels because there was dirty towels in the doors all night long from 1 o'clock to 3 AM, then when trying to take a shower. The shower was flooding and had to call maintenance.
Dirty, ac makes noise, elevator got stucked, dirty property.
Property was not kept up. Had no cold water, had to be fixed multiple times, resulting in a new room. Many other items broken: AC controls, bathroom fan, nightstand power, cabinet doors. Elevator buttons selected up and down at the same time. Ice machines were supposed to be on multiple floors, but it only worked on floor 16. Vendors for bus tickets stood right outside the hotel, harassing you the second you stepped out. Staff was really nice though.
The hotel is very well located, the breakfast was very good, but the rooms had a musty, old smell, the air conditioning was extremely harsh, the sink didn't drain, and you had to wait for the water to drain. Actually, not everything was bad, but the room I got was unbearable. The staff was very good, but I wouldn't rent there again. Sorry for my sincerity.
The elevator wasn't working correctly and we were not told durning check in. So ended up walking 31 flights down.
The beds are tiny and very uncomfortable. The elevators take forever! The breakfast was crazy - busy- messy - ran out of everything. We left luggage early before check in (by the way - you won’t be able to check in even a minutes before 3) they tagged our luggage and stored it, giving us a receipt tag. Hang on to that tag because when we try to pick up luggage they gave us the wrong bags. Twice!!! Scary! The mirror in the bedroom was in terrible condition. Café da manhã bom, porém o hotel é muito pequeno, os quartos apertados e a limpeza poderia ser melhor. Além disso somente 1 elevador estava funcionando, tivemos que descer pela escada do 19o andar, com 2 crianças, devido a demora excessiva do elevador.
