Long elevator wait, tiny room, nice staff The morning breakfast staff are friendly and helpful. Area was safe during the day but sketchy at night. Close to Times Square so a bit noisy. Lots of pot smoking and homeless in the area. Long long elevator wait times. Hotel gave us a smaller room than we had booked. Were told we would get a large discount due to them giving us a smaller room but in the end we only received a very small discount. They were kind and helpful at all times.
If you use the valet service, try not to forget anything in your car. They will tell you where the car is located blocks away expecting you to go retrieve it yourself. The room had no microwave for heating my daughters meal. I had to use the communal one in the lobby.
