Je suis très déçu! J’étais choisi cette hôtel parce j’ai pensé que c’était une bonne endroit pour ma famille, mais c’était au contraire! Les ascenseurs toujours pleins! L’employeurs de mal humor! Et par finir nous sommes volés… et après la gèrent à essayer de faire quelque chose pour compenser toute qui nous arrive, mais vraiment, nous sommes trop fatigués.
Horrible stay. Dirty. Bugs. Old and rundown. Noisy. Only 1 elevator, which was broken the whole time.
There was ONE only staff that it was sweet and helpful and it was the gentleman from the buffet at the morning. He was the BEST!! Dominican btw 🙏
The hotel has 32 floor and 2 elevator. One of them was out of services (for our entire stay) and the other one was working manually with a staff. We have problems with the keys of our room and the attitude of the engineer manager was arrogant. We are not going to stay there again and neither recommend this hotel for others.
