Breakfast was good- location convenient- staff, beside the room staff , was courteous and helpful
A nuestra llegada nos asignaron una habitación y cuando llegamos a nuestra habitación, nos encontramos con una persona que tenia el mismo numero de habitación. Nos entregan una nueva habitación y la caja de seguridad estaba en mal estado. Y finalmente en la tercera habitación ya todo servía. Al día siguiente, otros huéspedes nos fueron a tocar a nuestra habitación con el mismo problema (llave duplicada). En los 4 días que nos hospedamos, NUNCA nos hicieron la cama de la habitación, se limitaban a cambiar toallas.
I will never stay here again. The blankets had stains everywhere. It was disgusting. Front desk was not very welcoming. No tv stations worked. The only thing that was ok was breakfast. But overall this place is horrible and wouldn't recommend
The Staff excellent service. The A / C did not let sleep with a tremendous noise. If turned it off he would turn on himself. A window did not close and the cold entered with temperatures of -16°F. Water leak in the sink. One elevator broke down and we had to go up and down 19 floors because it took more than 40 minutes to wait for the only working elevator as it was full and stopped at each floor. Central location 5 min walking from Times Square. Good breakfast.
El baño no estaba muy limpio, las camas no son cómodas, el aire hace mucho ruido, hay pocos elevadores para la cantidad de habitaciones que tienen por lo que a veces tienes que esperar como 45 minutos. Para ser del Hilton me pareció un hotel muy feo e incómodo.
Never staying there again. The room was very small, the sheets were all dirty when we got there, there was no hot water and the shower had no water pressure, literally no water would come out and when it finally did it was ice cold water. We told the front desk and they said they had someone fixed it but nothing changed and the excuse they gave us it’s that the hotel was sold out and to many people were showering at the same time. Según expedía se solicita 75 usd por noche de depósito sin embargo me bloquearon dos tarjetas de crédito por un total de 2043 usd que equivale a 255 usd por noche, hablé con manager José Ortiz para preguntar sobre esto no explico, me dijo feliz Navidad y adiós noble quiero escuchar más, después hablé con Georgia D y lo mismo q ella no se responsabiliza por movimientos de otras personas y la única q ayudó es Taylia pero lo reviso con su GM Valerie, sin embargo, no respuesta del GM, realmente nadie toma responsabilidad y nadie... read more
