Great experience
Too bad about the delay We arrived at the hotel at around 11AM and were told that that check in time was not officially for a few hours. The gentleman at the desk said that this was not a problem, however because housekeeping could clean the room and get us in it very soon. We told them that we were in Edgartown for an afternoon wedding and appreciated the effort. We went out to lunch after being told that we would be called on our cell phone when the room was ready. Great place to visit The hotel room was OK for the price. A bit expensive! Wall extremely thin. We could hear everything above us and next to us. The hotel should separate the families from the adults only.
Nice Hotel in a great location Hotel staff is excellent and they do an excellent job to make sure your stay is top notch. Front porch has an amazing view and sitting there for a drink in the afternoon was great. Our room was very comfortable but the location was just okay. We had a slight vibration inside the room which when I asked if there was anything above us I was told no. Harbor View Is Fantastic! We just spent a couple of days at the Harbor View and it was amazing. This staff totally understands what customer service is all about. Our room was pretty and immaculate. The setting is just amazing. It was probably the best hotel experience we've ever had on our travels all over the USA and abroad.
Excellent Stay!! We love the the hotel! Great service, we felt right at home. Excellent location, Edger-town is amazing I would love to live there. We will definitely be back, hopefully this fall and we will make this a yearly/bi-yearly vacation from Canada only 7 hours. Well Worth the drive!!!
Better than I Expected! Just a wonderful, relaxing place to stay. I didn't want to leave because the bed was soooo comfortable. Everyone was always pleasant and helpful. A big thank you to Donnie for the trails he recommended. He came to help with our room safe and was anxious to help us any way he could. Remarkable staff, clean hotel and easy parking. Restaurants were close by within walking distance. Everything in Martha's Vineyard is pricey but this hotel made the trip worth every penny!
Gorgeous view from the porch The Harbor View is a beautiful place to stay in Martha's Vineyard. The front porch view was amazing as was the surrounding neighborhood. The room was kept clean. The bed was a little too soft for our comfort. The dining room and bar were elegant places to eat and the food was excellent. Dining staff was attentive. The hotel provides guests with reusable water bottles and water filling stations around the resort. Bravo for this!
