I was so disappointed in this place. We had been driving for 11 hours, and I booked because of the jetted tub. When I used it, green slime came out of one of the jets. When I complained, they didn’t even acknowledge that I said anything. Very disappointed in the buffet they served too!

Could not get my food credit without a lot of calling the front desk 3 times

I was total that my room came with free food but got no free food with my room

There was no breakfast to speak of being served and the only coffee was the nasty in the room or a very small limited coffee snack bar

They should let people know that smoking is allowed in the casino area. This makes the whole first floor reek and smell horrible. We only stayed one night and left as fast as we could.

Don't waste your money here I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I'll just go in order... facade is dated. Atrium and rooms are newly renovated, spacious and nice. That's the only good thing about this place. We were put in a room with a broken a/c and took about 45 minutes and 4 phone calls to the front desk to be put in another room. After spending the night I realized our room was infested with lady bugs. Told the front desk and wasn't offered another room, just given a confused look. When we tried to return to our ... read more
