The rom was not the cleanest. Staff wasn’t the nicest. Food was terrible.

Our room wasn't very clean. While the carpet and spacious bathroom were nice, other aspects of the room needed attention. It didn't help that when you walked into the entrance it was very smokey, probably due to the fact that the casino is directly attached to the hotel check-in. Our room was non-smoking and didn't smell bad but there had clearly been an abundance of scented room freshener added.

It's very obvious that smoking is a regular occurrence in this hotel. The place smelled of smoke as i entered the front doors. The roomed reeked of smoke as well. Fire alarm sounded twice in the middle of the night! The parking lot looked like a trash lot every morning...trash and broken bottles every where. I did not feel safe!

Disappointed I usually don't write reviews, however for $150 per night this deserves a review. There was dust everywhere, cigarette burns all over the carpet, the bottom part of the beds were worn out. I went to the front desk and asked for lotion and was told housekeeping would bring it up to the room. I received the lotion at checkout the next morning. I was disappointed in the service. The buffet was nice and service was great!

The room was in need of some updates-the bedding was worn; the handles were worn; painting was needed; too much paint was on the doors and was thickly layered and shabbily done; handles had fallen on the toilet door entrance. The room was no an indicator of the amount we paid for it.

The property was a lot less than expected. They try to mask the smokey smell will automatic air fresheners and it only makes it smell worse. The hotel also messed up my reservations. They called me on my second day saying that I needed to come get my items. They were very unprofessional on the phone. When I answered the phone, the front desk caller didn't say who they were or where they were calling from. They only said that I needed to come get my stuff and leave.
