Don't do it! Room #1, jets didn't work in tub & bed had a huge dip in middle of it Room #2, 3 of 4 jets worked in tub but the air conditioner did not cool at all Room #3, no jets and door did not lock so safety was an issue. Ms Jackie at front desk at night was wonderful but the daytime staff at front desk on Sunday was rude as ever! That's 3 rooms for 3 nights... after spending almost $400 to stay... will never stay again!

Had to stay in smoking room as a whole floor of rooms were closed for some undisclosed reason!

Over 24 hours to speak with Expedia by phone SHAME We made a mistake with our reservation, could not fix it online. Called Expedia. Got recording that "due to high call volume" my call would not be answered for 25 hours. Leave your name and we'll call you back. My reservations were 32 hours away. It took 28 hours to get a return call, and they did not help correct it. The kind lady at the hotel corrected it. Other online services have quick phone customer service.

Never stay again! I recently attended the Mighty Mississippi Music Festival in Greenville, MS. When planning our 2 night stay, my wife and I decided on Harlow’s, not for the casino because we do not gamble, but hoping the service would be good. “Resort and Spa” The first negative was the buffet bar. It was average for a buffet, but not for $25.00 each. My wife and I spent the entire day at the festival and was really tired when we returned to our room that evening. Disaster than ended better First night was a disaster the room I reserved on April 7, 2016 was not what they tried to give me on June 23, 2016. The front desk person, Jackie was unwilling to change the room she insisted on putting me in King size handicapped room with a roll in shower. This type of shower allows water to run into the entire bathroom flooding it until a large drain in the center of the floor drains the water. DO NOT STAY HERE Terrible! Room smelled awful! Spent 3 hours washing EVERYTHING I took (including bags) even if I didn't wear it once j got home. Shower ran water all over the bathroom floor. Ridiculous. Could not wait to check out. When reported both to the front desk they did nothing and acted like they had never heard of such. All of my friends staying at the same time had the same complaints.

Below standard rooms that smelled!! Looked very smart from outside and reception area very good. Did smell of cigarette smoke throughout the building. On entry into our rooms, both smelled awful of faustiness and rotten feet. Everything was generally grubby especially bathroom floor which was slippery (not sure from what). Beds were knackered. If we would have had a choice, we would not have stayed. Breakfast options very poor. No Drinks available In breakfast area so had to buy from Starbucks.
