Too expensive for regular hotel. Alot of marijuana smoking and staff did nothing

Dirty Room The beds are very comfy but our King Deluxe room was dirty and no refrigerator in the room so we had to keep filling up our small cooler with ice to keep meds cold. The bathtub was nasty with scum on the sides and hair around the edges, shower had scum on the floor, toilet was nasty with rings, there was dark brown and yellow streaks running down the wall between the vanity and trash can, and Japanese Beetles (which people mistake as Ladybugs) all in the bathroom.

Not a good stay Pillows were too flat and the water in the shower would not get hot enough

Poor service Poor service on the gaming floor 45 to 1 hour in between servers checking on drinks at the tables. Even asked pit boss to get one and it still took a 1/2 hour.

Steak place open only Thursday-Saturday. Was there in a business trip and only had buffet as a choice. Very poor

It was a good trip we was having a family reunion when it was time to leave they jacked up the price from our reservation we made with hotel. Com never again

Stay at Harlows Hotel room was fine other than the fact there were few power outlets and what they have were difficult to get to and we had to unplug clock and lamp to plug in chargers. Lobby had a lot of cigarette smoke drifting in from the casino area.

Room floor was dirty when we checked in, service in both the buffet and the steakhouse were not good and we didn't even get a refill of Our drinks in the buffet nor did we see our waitress after she brought our drinks initially, and the air conditioner in Room would not turn down below 70. Mary, a blackjack dealer, was the highlight of our stay. She was very fun and professional and made playing blackjack very fun and was the only good thing about the stay

DIDN'T LIKE THAT THE RESERVATION EMPLOYEE TRIED TO DOWN GRADE MY ROOM WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE CASINO. I HAD RESERVED MY ROOM WITH ORBITS ON LINE.DOWN GRADE FROM DELUXE KING TO TWO QUEEN BEDS .AFTER I REQUESTED A DELUXE KING FACING THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER. AND WAS TOLD NO WERE ARE FULL NO ROOMS AVAILABLE.
