Half the of the room had no power. A standup light in the corner didn’t work, the electrical outlets didn’t work I guess that’s why the alarm clock was on the desk and not the night stand. Doors on the furniture was falling off, the mini fridge was removed from the room, only one light was working in the bathroom. And the shower curtain had only half of the shower curtain rings. I will never stay there again

Room was huge. Lots of space. Drinks in casino free. Three of the four jets in my spa/bathtub did not work (room 408)

Upscale casino hotel lacking dining options Nice, upscale feel to room. Only complaints: lack of food service, only a snack bar for dinner and nothing before 9 for breakfast; and limited cable tv

Nice hotel but no coffee or food before 10 am The hotel is very nice and it’s super clean with a friendly staff the only thing i feel Needs addressing is there is NO FOOD OR DRINK available before 10 am. You cannot even get a cup of coffee here everything is closed in the lobby until 10 even the Casino is closed until 9 am ??? Corona i suppose But we had to drive 10 miles to get a cup of coffee

Room was dirty. Old trash under the table and under the bed. Had to wait at the check-in desk while staff was in eye sight but playing on their phone. Some staff were amazing and helpful, and some were rude and unhelpful.

Trip to Greenville MS My family and I had to change rooms twice because of cleanliness (stains on toilet, hair in the sheets, stains in the tub). The manager provided $50 in complimentary food credit for the inconvenience. It was further from Greenville than I originally thought and no restaurant delivered (Pizza Hut, dominoes, etc.
