Terrible experience. Got in late went to Buffett, terrible. Food cold, containers empty. Asked counter person for an extra fork and was told i would have to find a waitress. Will not visit your hotel again or tell friends.

Changes needed but nice place. Overall, the stay was nice. However, the beds have plastic covers on the mattresses that made for a rough and noisy sleep. Also, there are no shear curtains on the inside of the main curtain which makes you leave your window wide open during the daytime due to poor lighting in the room. Aging property that needs updated. Front desk staff ignored me for 2 minutes while they chatted with each other. Once acknowledged, I realized they had the demeanor of a revenue office employee. The rooms are aging and not well. Paint missing from the walls, carpet stained. Bed was comfortable however. All in all, I felt of was overcharged for what I got there.

Not the greatest. The check-in process was quick and painless. The front desk staff was courteous but not overly warm and welcoming. 2 vouchers for $15 to use at any food outlet with our room keys. I was disappointed to find we were assigned a room directly out of the elevator as I know how rowdy casino hotel guests can be in the late hours. The bathroom was really nice and seemed clean. Well, we had gotten there about, 7:00 pm. We had driven all day, only to come here and be told by a very rude person, that we didn't have a reservation. I told her, I had a reservation, and would she please look again! She then told me that, well she seen where I had just made one earlier in the day, but she only had a double room!!! I said, well I booked a King bed, and made a point to tell her it was our 20th Annv....and it confirmed my booking with a King bed!!! Not very sound proof Stayed on the fourth floor and could still hear the noise from the casino. Also you could hear every door that opened and closed during the night.

Nice hotel attached to a casino that was lacking. Hotel staff was super, nice room, comfy bed and quiet. Casino had a few problems, machines not accepting player cards, printed voucher from other machine, redemption kiosks not working, machines non operational and buffet was awful. Casino staff were pleasant.

Rooms could be better Roaches in my room & room was not cleaned well. Ask for another room & the lady at the front desk was rude. Told me rooms was booked but seconds later gave me another room.

Casino not hotel I was very disappointed. There was cigarette smoking everywhere including restaurants
