The room was large and comfortable except the mattress actually squeeked when you laid on it and the air conditioner never completely cooled off the room.

Booooooooo! Poor maintenance in our room. Have stayed in road side no tell motels that have a better maintenance plan. All faucets dripped, no pop up in sink, "premium" cable channels non existence. Few channels but most very fuzzy. Had better cable in lock up. Won't recommend this resort and will probably steer clear of Greenville all together. So sad, was really looking forward to our stay. Overall the hotel was nice but the A/C unit needs to be replaced. The two non-smoking rooms I reserved had a stale smell. I brought my cleaning and air freshener spray to refresh the rooms.

Smoky hotel with great service The hotel accommodations are great. Rooms are large as is the bathroom. The only downfall is the smoke. You smell smoke as soon as you walk through the doors. Rooms are nonsmoking but being allergic to smoke, I could smell it on the 3rd floor. I'm guessing smoking was allowed at some point in the past. The staff is awesome and tends to your every need. Rip-Off...Waste of $$$ Paid $102.84 for one night stay. They required a $50.00 room deposit. They said it would be credited back to my credit card in 7-14 days. They did not take my deposit off my card until 3 days after I checked out! So far it has not been credited back to my card!!! Why take it 3 days after I checked out? I took photos of the room when I first got there & when I checked out...looked the same when I checked out as it did when I checked in. Rude staff....? Hard to understand but staff at first class resturant ignored me and 28/16 daughters cause of color?? Took care of their kind and we left after standing in front of their kind for twenty two minutes? Shock! seated eight folks in front of us? Lady at bar apologized for their attitudes ! Got free app tic from other diners who felt sorry for our deAl??
