I was trying to replace a screen for one of my Harvey windows that we bought several years ago. They were absolutely so helpful every step of the way from helping me locate the label that I would need to get the correct size and then to order I ordered the screen and it was perfect. One of my windows that was installed over 15 years ago by a contractor showed some air leakage. I checked Harvey's website and saw that it was covered by warranty. I was able to fill out the warranty form easily and within a few days got an email back asking a few questions as well as for some photos of the window. Within a few days after that, my warranty request was approved and a few weeks later, my replacement window was sent to a nearby Harvey location. I picked it up and easily installed it. We've had our Harvey replacement windows for many years and they are a great product that are good looking, easy to operate and to tilt out for cleaning. Customer service has been very prompt and responsive and friendly. One of our sashes had a seal leak, and I contacted the company to get a replacement. They had me take pictures of the window the warranty tag, and within a day or two was told they would replace it for free. Great company to work with!
Harvey not only makes great window and doors but their customer service is outstanding. They stand behind their products and go above and beyond to make you happy.
As far as warranty claims go, they have been great!
