We needed some replacement weather stripping parts for our Harvey windows, which are over twenty years old. Amazingly, the first time we needed to do anything but clean the windows. We called Harvey customer support, and they walked us through how to get the correct model number, to insure the proper weather stripping. We also needed some pivot bars which were damaged. Have had these doors for a number of years now and 2 months ago we noticed an issue with one seal on one door, their service tech found the issue with all doors. These folks stand by their warranty! 4 doors (2x3 and 2x4), 14 panels, all replaced and installed this morning. Great company and great people.
Great customer service! I had issues with my 12 year old picture window and, after sending them pictures, I found out I was covered under the 20 year warranty and a new piece of glass was ordered. Deseree R******** was excellent!

Great service! Spoke with Gene B … who was very helpful & courteous. We installed 12 windows in our house in 2005. Had a problem with one window this past year. Gene took all the info and had the replacement sent to our local distributor. We recommend the product and the good service!
The whole experience was great from start to finish they were very professional they were prompt and did a great job I felt confident the work was done correctly!
Our house was built in 2013. The double-hung windows gradually lose the seal and developed foggy spots at the bottom. I contacted Harvey in August 2019 and worked with Dennis B. in Customer Service. He checked and told me the windows are under warranty and walked me through the claim process and what I needed to provide to support my claim. Harvey Customer Service is the BEST. Sales (Todd H****) was informative professional. Had a problem with a door and found Ryan G*** and the staff got the problem fixed in great time, All the windows were trimmed with picture framed add on and they look fantastic. We plan on a major renovation in the spring and plan on using Harvey again.
