Although I had several things go extremely wrong with the ordering and items arriving broken, Harvey went above and beyond to correct the problems as well as staying on top of each situation. The company from the doors intervened as well to help correct the problem. Once completed, the doors not only look but work beautifully. I am very happy with the quality, price, and workmanship.
Two of our windows, both of which were over 20 years old, started to develop some air leakage problems and one window was cracked from an unfortunate bird strike. My expectations for replacing the two sashes were low given the age of the windows. The process to replace the sashes turned out to be exceptionally easy and pleasant. The warranty tech, Chris, gave me instructions on how to find the warranty tag which contained every piece of information needed to build the new sashes. Two pictures and no measurements! We have all made those phone calls regarding a product issue. My phone call to Zack in service was the easiest & most professional response to a warranty question I have ever had. My issue was fixed & corrected in less than 5 minutes. The fact that it is a LIFETIME warranty should tell anyone that any company that promotes that stands tall & proud.

I live in a condo and recently had two Harvey windows contractor installed which concluded the replacement of all my condo new construction windows. I had concerns regarding one of the windows and lucky for me the Harvey Technician was Dave.
