I received detailed You Tube videos on how to replace damaged window parts and shipments of needed items in a prompt and efficient manner. I submitted a warranty claim for 3 failed window seals. There was an issue with the online process, so I emailed them and ****************** replied. She was extremely professional and prompt responding to my email and when she needed more information she called me directly to get what was required to process the order. Not all the Harvey service reps are that professional and ****************** stands out as an example of how the job should be done.

We have 28 Harvey casement windows that were installed in ****. Each window opens out by loosening a latch and then turning a crank. The latch operates a tie bar that slides up and down inside nylon guides. I have a total of 78 guides on my 28 windows. 15 guides were broke and many others were cracked. I contacted *************************** at Lansing's ***********, ** facility. She got the right upgraded and improved nylon guides that I needed at no cost. All I had to pay was $15 for shipping. We had 10, individual, panels in double-hung windows fail when moisture entered between the panes of glass; the windows are 19 years old. We contacted Harvey Windows + Doors directly and received excellent service provided by Customer Experience *********** ******* She was efficient, polite, knowledgable, and helpful in guiding us through the replacement process. We recommend this company and appreciate the excellent service we received.
