We had a 16-year-old Harvey window upper sash leak so there was fog in the window the customer service couldnt have been nicer. They helped me find the tag for the warranty and sent the pictures over to them and they immediately said the window will be built and sent out to me and I could not have been happier.The best possible customer service Ive ever had in my life.

We have had a fantastic experience with Harvey. We needed replacement windows and the representative ****** was amazing. One window was in a hard to reach area and she helped us determine which size it was based on the original order. She was so helpful - checking into make sure everything worked. Windows look great! Would highly recommend this company!

We had ordered Harvey windows through our contractor. After they were installed, we noticed some defects in 2 of the windows. I called Harvey Windows to report the seal broke in three of my windows. I got a delightful person named *********************. She was so professional but also sympathetic and immediately assisted me by placing an order for my windows to be replaced!Thank you ****!??
Great service! I contacted them to fix an existing window, not to buy one. ******* the *************** did try to find out if the window was under warranty. It was not however, she still ordered the materials and referred me to a local handyman, *************************, who did a great job fixing the window. ***** was prompt, polite and very professional.
Installer noticed a small crack in one of the panes when he installed one of my windows. Harvey contacted me, set up a date to replace it. ABSOLUTELY NO ******! Installer came in on time and replaced it. Great windows ,great service!
