Dave is a very understanding and thorough Harvey technician. This is very reassuring considering there were a few cosmetic issues with the doors. Dave is just the type of professional to come into a situation where the customers are very upset and aggravated (like us). We never questioned the quality of the products we chose and now, thanks to Dave, we are very satisfied customers.
Had vinyl double hung about 16 years old where lower sash broke for no reason. Harveys honored 20 year warranty for stress fracture - no problem - so pleased. Windows have been great.

My historic home was retro-fitted with Harvey windows a few decades before I took ownership. I've been renovating and replacing window parts for a few years now, so I've dealt with Harvey customer service many times in the past few years. The customer service department has been one of the best I've ever dealt with - they're efficient, pleasant, accommodating, and understanding. When I start replacing windows, Harvey will definitely get my business!
We had a new construction sliding door installed with grids. The grids rattled a bit with operation of the door. Harvey customer service and installation rep was curturious and professional. They took care of the issue. I would definitely recommend Harvey.

Today quality customer service is a rarity, but that is exactly what you find when dealing with Zack Tanner. I have a large apartment complex and one of my sliding patio door locks would not open. This was an urgent situation due to the fact that it was on the third floor and an essential egress for the tenant but also because she had a child with a serious special-need who needed access to the porch on a regular basis.
