The initial work to get a warranty replacement glazing took months, and the customer rep at that time, *******, did not keep her commitments or schedule. However, when we discovered that the replacement unit was damaged in shipping, the latest client service person, *******, did a great job and got a scheduled shipping date within about 3 weeks of our first email on the issue. Things have improved greatly.
Committed to resolving the issue so that we can use our beautiful window! The service was great and technician was knowledgeable!

This is the second time in 19 years I had to contact Harvey about my replacement windows. They immediately helped me snd honored the 20 year warranty. I am very happy with their replacement windows and the service provided . First time in 2017, ******* L and now in 2021, ******* T- very nice knowledgeable customer service specialists
I've had my vinyl casement windows since '14 and am pleased, no problems until this year when the handle to open one of the windows broke (the pin fell out)..I called and **** was very helpful. It did take over three weeks to receive those parts, however, this is post and pre pandemic so I guess things have changed (shipping, parts, staff, etc.).
Good experience in this day and age. The customer rep,Lauren was very helpful and knowledgeable. Harvey warranted my failed windows and sent me the correct replacement. Good Job.
