We were in the process of selling our house and the new buyers wanted a window replaced because of a seal failure and we only had three weeks until the closing. Called Harvey and the window was still under warranty. Dealt with a Jessica B. who placed the order for a new seal and kept me inform through the whole process and let me know when the sash would arrive. It arrived 1 week before the closing. Excellent customer service !

I have worked with Harvey Building Products for a number of years. I have to tell you Bill C**** is the easiest and kindest person I’ve had to deal with. Anything I requested got done without call backs or hassles. Things arrived on time to my front door as requested! His quick response to any questions or problems was quite refreshing! Harvey Products, along with Bill C**** have made what could have been a difficult replacement quite easy and simple. Thank you!!

We had a problem with our original replacement window order. When we inquired about it we dealt with Amanda. She was professional, caring and kept us informed throughout the process of fixing the issue. The window products we have are great. Amanda listened to us , answered our questions and emailed us in a timely manner. Thank you for your customer service.

Replaced stationary side of sliding door. Seal became foggy after 9 years. I chose date of installation. $145 for installation. No charge for replacement door. Replacement workers arrived, removed old door, replaced with new door all within 15 minutes. Very satisfied

I had a Harvey window that had been installed in 2002. The bottom panes of the glass have been clouding which indicated a leak. I called Harvey and got Rachel L*****, who was able to locate my old order from 2002 and order the replacement bottom from the double hung window and even included a partial discount on the price. She also included a link in my order that shows how to remove the old window and replace it with the new. I was very pleased!

All the windows and a slider to our deck were delivered in perfect condition, fitted perfectly and look great. What a difference, easy to clean, great sound insulation, great weather-stripping and impressive thermal insulation, winter and summer. Fourteen years later thay are just as good, but I broke two small pieces. Not to worry, Harvey is sending me replacements free of charge. Can't beat the quality, can't beat the service. They weren't that expensive either. Would definatly buy them again!!
