Tech showed up on time and did a great job! My new window looks perfect. I'm glad I chose Harvey.
I would like to take this time to think Rachel L***** . She helped me so much today through Harvey windows. I have received two windows from them both the wrong size. Rachel took the time with me today hopefully this is the right window I’m sure it is she was very good on customer service. I have spoken to several people there and nobody was willing to help she Should be recognized for her customer service.

I'd like to send a special thanks to Rachel in the Londonderry NH office. Unfortunately, I had some trouble getting parts that were missing from an order. Others at another office insured this would be resolved. Before that could happen, those Harvey staff members have all moved on to different jobs so my issue got lost in the shuffle. We recently purchased a front door, side garage door and sliding glass doors for our living room through a local contractor. All the doors were made by HarveyBP. We are more than satisfied with all the doors. We did have 1 cosmetic issue with the slider that was covered by the warranty. It took several months for the parts. The repair was completed today. The contractor and all the employees I dealt with at Harvey went above and beyond.
Harvey Door Rep John was outstanding. Rectified our minor problem quickly.
Jeff the technician was excellent and we love the ***********storms & screens (once the screen size problem was fixed requiring add’l service appts) but the scheduling process was very cumbersome & frustrating until it switched from telephone messages to email. I wish they offered email at the start!
Excellent customer service from Maria on replacing some window sashes. She could not have been nicer through the process of getting my windows replaced. Maria is very knowledgeable about the products that Harvey sells and is very understanding about the customer needs. Again it was a pleasure working with Maria.
Called Harvey BP to get a warranty replacement on a couple windows and it couldn't have gone any better! I was connected to Gene and he was extremely helpful and patient answering my questions and getting my order put together. Keep up the great work! Thank you Gene!
