I would like to commend Gene for his great customer service. He was very patient with me as I tried to describe what was wrong with a window under warranty. I do not work in construction and it was certainly a mission for Gene to understand what I was trying to tell him as far as what parts were defective. Gene placed the order for the correct parts which I received very quickly and the window is as good as new!,
Terrific products and a manufacturer that bends over backward to keep you happy. So glad we had Harvey installed in 2006 that we had another house done in 2011. Thank you for your terrific customer support.

I had windows that were installed in 1993. The gaskets in the screens were (understandably) worn out. I called Harvey and they sent out the replacement gaskets free. I spoke to Rachel .(Hope I'm spelling her name correctly.) She was very helpful and pleasant. I am really happy with this company.
My wife and I replaced our windows with Harvey products and are very happy. Their designs are great and their customer service is excellent.

Dealt with the challenge directly and researched the information I provided him until he was able to create a win/win resolution. Arrived on time, quickly identified and repaired problem with the window. Answered some of my question about window maintenance which was very informative.
I recently purchased a townhouse in Harrisville, R.i. The front door window needed repair due to fogging. I contacted Harvey, they confirmed that it was their product and had the necessary information to order a replacement window. Harvey called when it was ready and I picked up the window at their office in Lincoln, R.I. at no charge. Thanks again, *****
