The person who I spoke with was wonderful, she helped me so much, And took her time finding me my parts for my screen do, And she was very polite to me.
I called customer service due to a problem with one of my windows. When I opened it from the top something broke and I could not close it. I was so lucky to speak with a kind and patient representative named Ryan who walked me through the repair. I am extremely grateful to him because I am not mechanically inclined but he had confidence in my ability to make the repairs. I could not have done it without his direction. Thank you Ryan! ***** **
Great service! First email about my broken glass Sunday night. Monday morning around 10 am the replacement sash was already ordered. All I had to do is to sent a picture of warranty label to them. Special thanks to Kenneth L********* who was my customer manager from Harwey.
Great positive experience! Bought a 10-year old condo with Harvey windows, two of which were fogged between panes. I send an email with a picture of the warranty label on Sunday and on Monday got a reply that my replacement windows were being made and would be shipped in 2-3 weeks. Hard to beat that!
Windows installed in new construction back in 2006, replaced 8 sashes so far due to themopane seal failure. They have since sold off all the factory distributors so to get warranty service you have to pay shipping. Quality has certainly gone to the wayside.
I received great support from Harvey in the replacement of a very large window which was part of a group of windows. I was unable to locate the information needed and they were very helpful in guiding me to determine this info. The person I spoke with spent a good deal of time with me on the phone helping me find pertinent info to help him identify the product info. I can't say enough about the installers who came out. They were wonderful and very helpful and courteous. I was very pleased and would recommend them highly.
I wish I could give this company a zero rating but I guess that is not an option. We built a new house in 2018 and had the bad idea to order our custom windows from Harvey. From the start, the windows were over a months late from a 3-month delivery window, which means the windows too 4 months to be delivered. When they came in, they were not done to the specs, with different color frames and hardware. It took them 2 months to come on site and fix the issues. Our house is 3 years old. The windows are so drafty & poor quality that condensation occurs around the seals of the window creating mold. Harvey blames it on improperly vented house or poor installation. However, my front door which isn't from ***************************** glass sliding door (Not Harvey's) do not condensate. You can also hear a lot of noise from outside. No one will accept that it is in fact the windows themselves. **** ***** came to repair a slider screen door. He took measurements to order a new screen. While here I mentioned to him about a an issue with another window. **** went out of his way to check out the window and repair it.
