Replaced all the windows in my 3 story home with Harvey double hung tilt out vinyl windows. Spread this out over 2 years. Last windows installed were around 1 year old, plus or minus. We discovered major cracking of the glass in the upper section of one of the windows. I am so pleased with the service I've received from Harvey. I had an issue with one of my custom windows and all I had to do was reach out via Harvey's email address and a very competent representative, Ryan G***, reached out to me immediately to resolve my issue. I definitely recommend Harvey to all that are interested in their products; customer service is awesome!
8-year old addition has (16) Harvey Classic Double Hung windows. Reported an issue with a sash that had an obvious sealing issue as mold was growing between the panes. Customer service representative Ryan G. responded within 12-hours of filing report online and took care of the issue immediately. New replacement sash ordered and will be shipped to my local area branch. Couldn't have asked for better service .... Windows to date have performed as advertised.
I was able to find a replacement screen. No hassle. Good service. I will go back to them should I need any other replacements.
Replacement process was incredibly easy and customer service was exceptional. It’s nice to know you have a product where if challenges occur it will be addressed appropriately and quickly.
After replacing 8 Anderson windows with Harvey Classic Triple Pane it took 3 months to finally get them fixed. Some came in with scratches and others would not lock properly or go up by themselves when not locked. The first repair man told me I was closing my windows wrong or maybe I should consider getting a step stool. This involved only 3 out of 8 windows so imagine how embarrassed I was to find out in my 70 years that I didn’t know how to open and close windows! In 1984, my mother replaced all her windows and a sliding door with Harvey. This August 2018, she had an issue with the door latch on her sliding door. I contacted Harvey Building Products to see if they would be able to provide my 96 year old mother with a replacement lock considering the door is now 34 years old. The rep I spoke with was so understanding and helpful. He sent us a new handleset with the keylock free of charge! Now that's what I call 5 star customer service!
