I had an issue with one of my window sashes after 7 years. I contacted Harvey customer support and they made a replacement sash and covered it under warranty. The agent on the phone was very helpful. Great company!
I've had a few small warranty claims as the second owner of a home with Harvey Windows. Both times the service response time has been super quick. They helped track down the original order information and got replacement parts shipped within a day. No hassle. Great, courteous service.
Dave was very helpful with my problem, and he even helped me with a couple of other Harvey windows In my home. So far I am very pleased. I have faith that my issue will be resolved very soon. I feel that Harvey stands behind their product.

I bought a slider in addition to 2 windows from them a couple of months ago through my contractor. I forgot to ask my contractor to get the slider keyed. I have been living without an outdoor key slider which is been difficult. I called Harvey building products yesterday. I spoke to a man named Chris, explained to him that I would like a key for my sliding door. He was so helpful. He asked me to just send him the warranty, told me exactly where it was found. I was provided clear instructions on how to submit a proper claim. I emailed the requested photos of the affected windows and my request for replacements was promptly approved.
