Not to long after purchasing my home in 2004 I had Harvey windows installed throughout and immediately saw improvements with my home's energy efficiency. About one month ago one of the windows lost the seal and had condensation between the glass. I contacted Harvey via email, sent a photo of the window sticker and explained the issue and was responded to right away. Ben, John, and crew did a wonderful job! It took a while to diagnose the problem, but they found it, replaced the window, and did an excellent job all the way around. I would highly recommend Harvey windows, one of the few companies that stand behind their product from start to finish. From the person that answered the phone, the service techs that handle the work being done, to the management team behind the scenes, everyone did their job efficiently and professionally.

I had four windows that lost the seal after 16 years. I contacted Harvey and sent a photo of the warranty sticker from the window frame that allowed them to recall the original order and provide me with a slightly dicounted price. The Windows failed to ship on the date given by Harvey by phone. They did arrive at the ware house and I picked them up. Our Harvey windows are about 10 years old, and I was thrilled to discover that a blown seal on a picture window was fully covered by the 20-year warranty. Ryan G*** in the customer service department was extremely helpful and friendly, taking time over the phone to ensure that the replacement window would be manufactured to correct specs and delivered without damage. They went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had regarding staining my unfinished Majesty wood windows.
We had an issue with a failed seal on a large picture window installed in 2007. After explaining our problem and sending pictures to a Harvey service rep, HBP manufactured a new window and shipped it within 3 weeks. We attempted to hire a HBP recommended installer and were told numerous times that our job was: too small, too expensive [for us] or calls were never returned. We were becoming desperate.
