I need a sash replaced so i called Harvey and spoke with a fellow named Dennis, he was totally great to deal with I should have the window in a couple of weeks. I'm happy.
Love my choice of windows had a few small problems with a few windows after 6 years..However Harvey took care of it quickly via their warranty process. All I needed to do was send them pics of the issues along with pic of the Warranty tag and they replaced them. I picked them up from the Berlin location and had them swapped out in minutes.

My daughter purchased a pre owned home with Harvey windows. After she moved in she noticed one of the windows had a broken seal. I contacted Harvey and they will be sending a brand new sash no charge. Special thanks to James D. from Harvey!!
