After renovating our small master bathroom, I needed new clips for the window grids. I had Harvey contact information from 2010 and called the number on the packing slip. I spoke with Chris in Customer Service and gave him the number of the clips I had previously received. The number did not seem familiar to him but then he found it. My Harvey windows were installed in 2004 and recently one cracked on the inside. I called the service representative and he was able to find the original purchase order with the 20 year warranty. It includes a 20 year warranty for the glass. After giving him the number of the individual window he was able to assure me that it would be sent to me for $30.00 within 3 weeks. The instructions on how to install it are on the Web and easy to follow. I have been happy with the ease of cleaning them so think I can handled this too.
I have purchased all my home upgrades from Harvey’s…windows, doors, insulation, vinyl siding. Harvey Building Products has been nothing but professional. I have always worked with Gene for ordering windows and doors, as well as for installation…his follow up and follow through has been perfection and my windows and doors look B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L! I had a broken bottom sash on my 15 year old Harvey window. My contractor had passed away so I was not sure how I was going to get the issue resolve. One call to Bill at Harvey and everything was taken care of. He just asked me for the numbers off the label on the window. He order the window and I picked it up at the local Harvey Warehouse and it was a perfect fit. Great customer service is rare today. Thank you very much. If I need windows in the future . A great product with a great warranty. When it came time to replace our 1940's home windows we wanted a vinyl exterior, for easy maintenance and a wood interior window with removable grills for an authentic look inside. The Harvey Majesty windows fit all our needs. We like the groove at the bottom and top of the sashes to avoid breaking the grills when raising them, the smooth operation of the tilt feature and the locking mechanism of the screens. The Harvey field service technician (Jeff T) was fantastic. He was professional, polite, and most importantly; expert at identifying and resolving the install issues with my new slider door.
