In **** I had all the windows in my house replaced with Harvey Replacement windows and just recently I tried to tip a window down for cleaning and the assembly holding the window in the track broke I tried another window and again experienced breakage. It was easy ordering and receiving a replacement window sash under the warranty! The lady handling my order was very helpful, very concerned that I get the best service--and I did!
Your customer care team is exceptional!******************** was very patient with me in trying to identify the part needed and where I would find the identifying number.Part was easily ordered , however, never received.*************************** took over from here! She researched the problem immediately and found the snag. Excellent service. *************************** was so helpful. She sent me a video on how to replace my part. Went very good. It is nice to see a company that stands behind their products and so nice to actually talk to a person instead of a recording. I have 6 windows that failed after 17 years and one broken by a contractor working on my house. Harvey's warrantee process is very efficient. They are in the process of fabricating and shipping all 7 of them. The cost for the replacement window was very reasonable. ****************************** and other members of the Harvey team I spoke with were prompt, professional and polite.
I ran into two problems in one day - all my fault. First, I needed help figuring out how to get windows back into alignment after cleaning. Head offices ****** was singularly helpful and patient and with emailed instructional help got me sorted out and the window secured successfully.Then, because I did not raise the window correctly I snapped a connector and needed a replacement. Outstanding **************** and attention to detail. I had an issue with some of our 15-year-old windows and the staff at Harvey did an incredible job in addressing the issue. Had a pressure crack in a one year old sash. Worked with ***************************. Service was excellent.She turned the replacement ********* around very fast. Made life easy in these crazy times. Would like to have an employee like her on my team.
