We had a great experience working with ***************************. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to review our window issue and quickly identified a solution. ****** was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend her to future customers.
A night limit latch had broken on one of our windows necessitating a call to Harvey Windows technical/customer support group. (This window is about 13 years old and that latch was frequently engaged over the years.)I spoke with ****** who not only identified the exact part I needed, but provided precise directions for replacing the latch. The part arrived rather promptly and due to ******'s directions, replacement of the broken latch was quick. Thank you to ****** for her friendly and knowledgeable assistance.
Outstanding customer service and product replacement, we love our Harvey windows and when we had one break, Harvey windows stood behind their product and speedily sent us a new one that fit perfectly.
I am 71 years old and I have never had such a wonderful experience working with a company. I needed a replacement for a window that was installed 13 years ago. The representative was friendly and very knowledgeable about the process. Best customer service I have ever had. Our experience dealing with ***************************** at Harvey was so easy. You dont get this kind of service these days. From the first time we spoke she gave us clear information and instructions on how everything worked. We needed a replacement sash and the bolt mechanism on our new slider was not functioning correctly.
