Had a problem with a transom window broken seal. I called & spoke with ****************** and she answered all my questions & got the ball rolling with scheduling the techs to come out & replace my window. She was very professional & friendly and I very much appreciated her help.

**************Harvey and their customer service **** ******* were great. I had two windows that failed after 8 years and Harvey replaced them for just the shipping costs. One of them had a custom latch arrangement and ****** worked with factory to get that right. When the first shipment of windows was either lost by the delivery company or stolen off my front porch, ****** had them replaced for free and made sure that they would be delivered on a day when I would be home to receive them and she did all this cheerfully and pr... read more

I recently needed help in repairing a broken Harvey window. Due to my misunderstanding of what I needed I received the wrong parts. On my second attempt to order them again I got the wrong parts. On my third attempt *************************** came to the rescue and straightened everything out in an instant. I had all the proper parts I needed THE VERY NEXT DAY. ****** at Harvey was excellent! I had an initial problem with a replacement sash, which she corrected. Unfortunately that sash was damaged in shipping. She quickly got me a new sash that fits perfectly.I had ordered some other replacement sashes last year and had a few problems. I wish that I had contacted ****** then!

I was initially very skeptical about contacting the Harvey *************** about the sash window that had a seal failure. Your representative ******* walked me through the process of identifying the window in question and re-checked the warranty status to let me know that the window was covered under the 20 year warranty.
