We came to this location to celebrate a fellow coworkers promotion as it is the perfect location for a large group of people. But what we found was the single most disappointing venue in the area. We started off at the bar where we were greeted with an unfriendly staff of bartenders including a young lady named Madison. I have done several escape rooms over the last few years and I have never had a bad experience... until I went to THIS ONE! Apparently, the people running the game are not watching to see where you are at in the game and help when you need clues.. yes we asked for them several times and got nothing. We actually had to send a player out to find someone to give us the clue we had been asking for! The customer service at this game is not player friendly. Don't plan on going back!

Asked for twenty minutes to change the channel off the infomercial to the NCAA quarterfinal. Finally got it then the bartender messed it up and put on the TV guide and left it. Then she was an ass when I asked her to turn it back. Never turned it back. Why have all the TVs if you won’t play what people actually want??
To crowded, unorganized and games not working. Staff is to busy socializing with eachother; instead of assisting customers!!
Too bad we can’t leave 0 Stars. Got there at 4pm and they said they didn’t have a lane available until 5:30, so we ate at the restaurant there. Took changing our booth and waiting an extra 10 minutes to be served. Server kept coming up saying sorry for the delay, but didn’t take the time to refill our drinks, get silverware, etc. In that time, about 5 servers were gossiping at the bar. Wow...wow...$54 to rent a lane for one hour for a family of 4. We had to deal with the lane to the left of us, their kids kept taking our balls and interfering constantly. Then they left and the lane to the right of us kept letting their toddler take out balls and drop them on the floor. I had to go find the parents and ask them to take their kid back. Its was nice but 55 dollars for an hour of vip bowling ridiculous plus we had to pay gor drinks should have been included for 55 dollars
