The food was terrible and the staff was even worse. They didn't wait on us for 20 minutes and when the food came out it was gross. We didn't bowl because it would've been too expensive for two people.
We went for my sisters birthday as a family to celebrate! Although we had a great time it seemed as though the staff were very confused, and not on the same page. We booked the day before, paid the day before, for the private room with 2 hrs of bowling. NICE PLACE TO TAKE THE KIDS AND ENJOY THE FOOD WITH TV MONITORS TO WATCH. MY ONLY FEW DOWNFALL OF THIS PLACE WAS LACK OF SERVERS OR BARTENDERS HAVING TO BRING OUT FOOD AND ATTEND CUSTOMERS AT THE BAR( WHICH WE WERE AT THE BAR) ALSO NOOOOOO ONE TO GREET YOU AT THE FRONT TO INFORM YOU OF THE DAILY SPECIALS. WE HAD SPENT NEARLY $200 ON FOOD & DRINKS WITH 10 PEOPLE. NOT EVEN OUT WAITRESS KNEW THE DAILY SPECIAL SPECIALS.
So you have 8 open lanes, but IT has been working on them since you opened. I work IT and if I worked this slow I would be fired. Either they get things working fast or you get new IT. You have a bunch of people trying to enjoying a Sunday afternoon. Customer service rep was Rajk.
It very nice but super expensive wouldn't even give a discount when purchasing a laser tag and ropes when buying for 18 people. Bowling is more expensive than any bowling alley I've been to .
Went to check it out and maybe book a birthday party. Looks fun but we didn't get to try it....2 hour wait to bowl on a Saturday afternoon and the arcade was packed. Had lunch in Nemos which wasn't busy. We are not picky about pizza, but theirs was disgusting and way over-priced. Hardly any toppings which we paid $2 each for. Service was polite but slow. Plenty of other places around to have a party.
We had a good time. The wings were great as always. I only wish there were more servers. There was only one server who we met at the end when it was time to close out our bill, mind you, we were there for 3 hours. We placed our own orders at the bar and either the attendant behind the bar brought it out to us or we brought it ourselves. We were a large group so needless to say we went up several times.
It's a fun place but I feel pretty ripped off on the bowling. We had a group of 12 and rented two lanes in the VIP room and we couldn't even finish one game. I don't like the rent by the hour you should pay per game. The food was decent and good prices for drinks but as for bowling it's just a little unfair.
My complaint has to do with the food. My son and I got the Sunday special and it was fine. We ordered 2 more pizzas to go. When we got home we opened the box and 2 prices of our pizza were gone. It also looked to be an old pizza liked someone returned it and gave it to us so they wouldn't lose money. I called and got the run around with them saying someone from my family must have eaten it.
