Happy with service Since I switched from a email verification to a text verification working much better. I'm using the virtual potico method PROS Easy to use and great customer 800 number service CONS I had a problem since they set up 2 verification process. 18 years later, still happy I had several very bad experiences with Woodforest bank, the first credit card bank I dealt with. I had just started my business and there were a lot of issues I had no experience with. I switched from Woodforest to Heartland years ago, I never changed to another bank although I have been contacted many times. It is functional but slightly overpriced for the product. Support from tech and customer service is lacking. It spares us from having to interact with one another by enabling us to securely collect payments from our clients over the phone. PROS It has always been reliable and easy to use. It is also better since it enables you to securely store patient’s regular card numbers, thereby simplifying things for both the patient and the clinic.
