Happy with service Since I switched from a email verification to a text verification working much better. I'm using the virtual potico method PROS Easy to use and great customer 800 number service CONS I had a problem since they set up 2 verification process. 18 years later, still happy I had several very bad experiences with Woodforest bank, the first credit card bank I dealt with. I had just started my business and there were a lot of issues I had no experience with. I switched from Woodforest to Heartland years ago, I never changed to another bank although I have been contacted many times.
