It spares us from having to interact with one another by enabling us to securely collect payments from our clients over the phone. PROS It has always been reliable and easy to use. Payment processing works well, but the user interface is confusing and cumbersome PROS Payments are made to our company in a timely manner CONS Dashboard and reporting are difficult to use. We were given two different websites to login to, but never given training on where to look for transactions and reports. Support was lacking.
Easy to use for the user When we used this on the Front desk, it always seemed to work just fine. In our restaurant, it would have a day here and there, but customer support was always effective at doing what they could as fast as they could, regardless of whether it seemed fast enough on our end.
