The review I felt went very well, very informative and caring. Help would be on hand as and when needed. I thought the people giving the review were showing great interest and very obliging. I find the staff very caring and I feel I can go and ask if I need to know anything.

I was very happy to find this home for my mum. It is a very homely place. The staff made you feel very welcome. I was happy with the care my mother received there. All the people that were residents seemed happy to be there. At the end of her life, my Mum was treated with dignity and respect. There were also lots of activities for the people to do there.

I can honestly say that since the years my cousin has been here at this care home that I have no complaints to make about him or the staff he gets well looked after.

Because the home is in the transition from old to new at the moment. Some of the answers (i.e state of rooms etc) will not be a true reflection of existing facilities. But overall, staff and carers attitudes are excellent and give you great peace of mind about residents comfort and dignity.

I find the care home staff very helpful and polite. The food is very good, I feel safe and sound. I would recommend the care home to others.

Staff members are pleasant and caring and interact positively with residents. Although the home is undergoing extensive building work at present good standards of care are still being met. Staff members are approachable and will help with any enquiry we may have. My mother has and will I am sure, continue to receive a high standard of care.

Our mam seems to be getting stronger and more alert of late. She is well cared for and appears to be relaxed and content.
