My mom went into the care home for respite last June and remained a permanent resident The home is very friendly lovely staff and management go above and beyond with making everything run smoothly. They have a lovely choice of food and snacks plus a variety of drinks. They have activities every day where the residents join in and seem to enjoy themselves. My sister has been here since December 2021 to date we have had excellent results. As she has dementia we have up and downtimes to which they have coped very well with thoughtfulness and consideration.

I remember how difficult it was deciding on a care home for Dad, relying on online reviews and being unable to look around the homes we liked due to Covid it was a really scary time. We decided on Heartlands as the reviews were good and we were able to view pictures and a virtual tour of the home. The Customer Relations Manager was amazing, she answered all of our questions and supported us during the settling in period for Dad which was a difficult time for all of the family. My dad has recently moved into the residential care home. I am delighted with the care he receives. He is well settled and the staff are very caring and professional. They have a lot of laughs and fun with the residents and enjoy their job. They have looked after my emotional wellbeing as well!

My sister has been in the care home for several months. I cannot fault the home in any way. She is very happy there, treated and looked after so well. All of the staff, carers etc are wonderful and so caring and polite. I am most impressed with everything and feel extremely lucky to have my sister in such a lovely place.

I cannot express how Heartlands Care Home gave my Uncle the care he needed in the last ten weeks of his life, they were caring and very supportive even when he had bad days. He enjoyed joining in with the activities which he had not done for a very long time. It was very reassuring that he was being looked after and the staff could not have done enough for him and kept me up to date with him, through the pandemic not being able to visit and did all they could when he sadly passed away in January, the Customer Relations Manag... read more

Heartlands have been exceptional in their care for our Mom. All of the staff do an amazing job to care for their residents. The food is plentiful and of great quality. There are activities throughout the day for residents to join in with, should they wish. The management is quick to respond to any new safeguarding issues which may arise and the health and happiness of the residents and support for their families always feel of paramount importance. We are extremely grateful to the management, care and administrative staff for their professionalism, compassion, care and dignity offered our beloved mother. She received excellent care from January 2019 until October 2020 when she passed away peacefully. We were kept informed when she declined, and all staff (nurses, carers, reception and management) were sensitive and compassionate. Nan has been with Heartlands now for just over a month. She was not coping at home even with the help of carers and wasn't eating and very unhappy having some very low moments. Since going to Heartlands she has gained weight, her mood has lifted, and she is socialising and has made friends which she never really had. She has very high praise for the home and its carers; she looks like a different woman!
