Great friendly home with lots of lovely staff. Always helpful. They do lots of things like baking, crafts and singing with the residents.

This was our family's first experience of a care home and from first to last we have been impressed with the professionalism, care and friendliness shown by all members of staff. They made our father feel totally at home and really tended him thoughtfully and considerately. The staff and management always make you feel welcome and go the extra mile for the residents. We would have no hesitation in recommending Heartlands Care Home.

Having had a bad experience with another care provider, as a family, we have been very pleased with the service my father is receiving. The home is friendly and everyone from management though to all support staff and careers are friendly and they genuinely care and attempt to put a smile on the face of the residents.

Having recently moved my husband who has Alzheimers into Heartlands for respite care, I have been really impressed with the environment and accommodation. The care and support provided by the staff and management team has been excellent not only for my husband but also to myself at a difficult time. It feels like one big family.

My mother is a dementia resident at Heartlands Care Home and, having viewed several other residential care homes with some despondency, eventually found Heartlands, and the decision to place her there has not been regretted. She is happy, safe, well looked after and treated with the dignity she deserves. The care staff go above and beyond to make sure the residents are well cared for, feel valued, feel they are part of an extended family, and are kept occupied with various activities. This is a wonderful home. I cannot thank the staff enough for the love and care they show to my nan. It was so hard on all of us to see her go into a home. The first home she went in to was appalling and we felt so guilty that she had not been treated with dignity, Heartlands go above and beyond and she is so happy now. I would like to congratulate Heartlands care home for their hard work, friendliness and commitment to providing outstanding care. My father has been in two previous homes and not once did I ever see him looking so well, clean and tidy. For the first time in two years, I came away with 100% peace of mind and reassurance and slept like a baby. Thank you, so much.
