I would like to congratulate Heartlands care home for their hard work, friendliness and commitment to providing outstanding care. My father has been in two previous homes and not once did I ever see him looking so well, clean and tidy. For the first time in two years, I came away with 100% peace of mind and reassurance and slept like a baby. Thank you, so much.

Mom arrived at the care home on 17th December 2018. We viewed a number of other homes in the area but Heartlands offered the best facilities by far. Mom was welcomed by all of the staff who treated her with respect and dignity. This is a well designed, well managed and well-run facility. All of the staff are helpful and friendly and appear to have moms best interests in mind in all that they do. The food is ok. The care and attention my mom receives from this care home is 100%. I would recommend this home to everyone who needs care, from carers, to hospitality and all other staff who work in the home everyone is very helpful and answer any questions you ask. All I can say is a big thank you to all the staff and carers.

Staff are all very professional, friendly and helpful. Management are always open to suggestions. Food is a good variety. It's lovely that the home always smells fresh.

As soon as we entered Heartlands nursing home we knew that this was the right home for our friend. As soon as you walk into reception you are met with a warm welcome. The management are extremely helpful and made you feel at ease, and can go and talk to them at any time, it's great to see that they are involved with both staff and residents' well being and not just sat in an office. My dad was diagnosed with widespread cancer and given 4-6 weeks to live. I stayed with him for 7 days and nights and I never went home, the staff looked after me and dad like we were family, they were fantastic. Dad died after 10 days. The home management were two lovely ladies and a lot of the staff came to dads funeral. I will never be able to thank them enough.
