Since our mother has been in Heartlands Care & Nursing Home she is a completely new 86 year old, she is interacting with every activity even to a church service which she really enjoyed. Our mom can't praise all staff enough saying how helpful and lovely they all are. Mom has got continuous company which is what she needed, she says it's like a hotel, you have whatever you want to eat, just ask them. My Nan was moved in to Heartlands through lock down. This was really hard on our family especially knowing we wouldn't be able to see her. We have had nothing but support and we, as a family, have felt so overwhelmed at times and it is a great relief to know that my Nan is safe and well and being looked after by people that genuinely seem to care about her. I wanted a good care home for my uncle that gave him a good quality of life still with no restriction on moving around and somewhere for him to be happy and at home. I visited twice before my uncle became a respite resident and didn't need an appointment. I was welcomed and shown around an extremely clean, friendly home that didn't disappoint. We had no idea what would be the outcome of my uncle going into care and we didn't deliberately choose Heartlands care home but you'd never believe how glad and grateful we, the family, are that we're with Heartlands. The team are absolutely brilliant and are such great caring people with a special mention for the staff member who smoothed out every problem and concern for the family, nothing is ever too much trouble for the team. My mom has been here for over six months and she has settled in very well. I am so glad we chose this home for her as they have shown understanding, compassion and true care for her happiness and well being. The environment is lovely and the staff are always there to help whatever the request. There is a warm welcome on every visit and I cannot think of a better place for my mom to be.

This was our family's first experience of a care home and from first to last we have been impressed with the professionalism, care and friendliness shown by all members of staff. They made our father feel totally at home and really tended him thoughtfully and considerately. The staff and management always make you feel welcome and go the extra mile for the residents. We would have no hesitation in recommending Heartlands Care Home.

Having had a bad experience with another care provider, as a family, we have been very pleased with the service my father is receiving. The home is friendly and everyone from management though to all support staff and careers are friendly and they genuinely care and attempt to put a smile on the face of the residents.

Having recently moved my husband who has Alzheimers into Heartlands for respite care, I have been really impressed with the environment and accommodation. The care and support provided by the staff and management team has been excellent not only for my husband but also to myself at a difficult time. It feels like one big family.
