I highly recommend Hearts Pest Management. I have called them twice over the last few years. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain what and how they do what they do. And best of all, there is no high pressure up-selling or scare tactics as they are focused on the long run.

I've had them out twice. Once to clear some rats (turns out it was just mice), and once after we found a black widow on our patio furniture. For the spider, David, the senior manager, came out to inspect the next day and upon seeing that we have a koi pond in the backyard told us he couldn't spray back there. But he visually inspected the whole backyard, found 2 widows and 3 egg sacks and killed them all (he crushed the egg sacks and babies with his fingers!) and gave me a lesson in black widows, their webs, their breedin... read more

Who ya going to call when you have a mouse in the house? Please consider making a call to Hearts Pest Management like I did. I called the Hearts Pest management number and spoke with a very professional and personable customer care representative, that, after taking notes about my concerns, as well as asking me a few questions about my home, quickly set me up with an appointment for the end of the week. We had a mouse in the house and a bunch of rats in the attic. After months of setting every trap known to mankind and not getting one single rodent, we gave up and called Jay Strassner of Hearts Pest Management. He set traps and got them all. Then he plugged up the holes where they were all getting in. It was worth every penny. What a nice guy and so efficient!!! I can't believe we spent months and $$ trying to solve our problem on our own. Highly recommend Jay!!!

This is a great company if you are looking for a natural pest control. They use EOs to manage my ants. They have very nice technicians and they are always very friendly and helpful. They go beyond my expectations

Andy, the technician was wonderful! He was courteous and professional. In addition he was informative and helped explain the bed bug treatment easily. His customer service was extraordinary!! Hearts Pest Management is lucky to have Andy represent them and have him on their team

Reached out to Hearts Pest Management a few months ago when we realized the gophers were killing our yard. The office was prompt and quick to schedule us with an assessment meeting. Jay came out and gave us the low down. Explained everything that needed to be done and more as well. He was very informative and the estimate was fairly priced. We called the office and scheduled an appointment ASAP to get rid of the gophers. Jay came in the following week and took care of it. Three months later we have had no gophers return!! Reached out to them via yelp and they got back to me right away. Been using their services for several months now and very happy with it. They did some gopher pest control and set bait traps for rats that they refill every month.
